Junior Business Analyst - Finance Sector

What we're looking for
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, analyse financial data, and support the implementation of process improvements. You will play a key role in understanding and addressing business challenges by gathering data, producing reports, and documenting requirements for new projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyse data and current business processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Support the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs).
- Create detailed requirements documentation and process mapping.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure that solutions align with business goals.
- Provide analysis and support to ongoing projects within the finance domain.
Requirements:
- 6-24 months of experience as a Business Analyst (or similar role) working in the Finance sector.
- A Finance-related degree or solid commercial experience within the Finance industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
