It can take years to gain the skills of a good developer, how would you like to do it in 10 weeks, and then be deployed as one of our consultants to hone those skills?

By joining Sparta Global you will be provided with the practical skills that you need to develop in the workplace to our clients standards, even if you have previous experience in C# or other languages, we're going to take you to a level where you can wield its full potential.

Once you have completed our academy, we place you with one of our incredible clients - You will have the know-how to do a great job - you're future-proofing yourself and carving out a career that will last a lifetime.

What is it like being a Developer?

A developer's environment is one of constant evolution. The advances in technology continue to be staggering and having the skills to navigate the changing tech landscape is essential for your career in development.

C# is a general-purpose object-oriented programming language and because of that it is hugely valuable and can be used in a variety of incredible ways.

As a developer, you will work closely with other developers, product managers, designers, business analysts and testers to constantly create, maintain and modify systems to meet the demands of the business and their stakeholders. You will not only design and write well-formed, readable 'DRY' code but you'll be well versed in standard practices such as Test-Driven Development and Behaviour Driven Development, and understand how you can work efficiently within agile continuous development (CI/CD) pipelines for your software delivery process.

It doesn't stop there. To design excellent systems, you also have to consider performance, scalability, security and make sure you're testing it every step of the way to lower the risk of problems further down the line.

If this sounds like something you would love to do then don't wait, apply right now, we recruit all year round.
